About this collection
When you volunteer at our Geriatric Centre or Large Animal Sanctuary, don't expect a typical office vibe. You will be grooming senior dogs, prepping meals for over 80 animals, or assisting with physical therapy sessions for our oldies. It is hands-on, often messy, and physically demanding, but it is the most honest way to spend your weekend.
Our work is a 24/7 commitment to animals that the rest of the world has often forgotten. We do not just ask for help; we invite you into the reality of what it takes to run a shelter in Bangalore.
How You Can Help
- Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR): We host teams from companies like Google and Goldman Sachs for days filled with grooming, kennel maintenance, and feeding. It is a fantastic way for your team to bond while genuinely reducing the load on our permanent staff.
- Sponsor a Meal: A full belly is a happy belly. If you cannot visit us physically, you can sponsor a festive meal for our seniors or daily nutrition for our large animal rescues. Your contribution directly funds fresh rice, chicken, and medical supplies for our residents.
- Hands-on Volunteering: We need people who are willing to get their hands dirty. Whether it is helping with infrared therapy for a senior dog's joints or helping prep fodder at our Large Animal Rescue and Rehabilitation Centre (LARRC), your presence makes a tangible difference.
