Developing Competitive Cricketers in Gurgaon
Real success isn't built on hype. These are the players we have mentored to state-level squads and national camps by focusing on the fundamentals that actually matter on the field.
A proud moment for all of us at Croire. Congratulations to Chirag Dhaka for his selection into the Haryana U-19 team for the Vinoo Mankad Trophy. This is a result of his relentless hard work and dedication. Onwards and upwards!
Wonderful news! Garv Dhingra has been selected for the Haryana U-16 squad for the Vijay Merchant Trophy. This is a pure result of his perseverance over many years. We wish him the very best for this amazing opportunity.
This is what we work for. I am incredibly proud of our player Parth Sengupta for his selection to the NCA High Performance Camp. His performance in the Vijay Merchant Trophy with 26 wickets and two fifties is a result of pure dedication. This is the path we build.
Team first, player second. It makes me proud to see our boys, the Kashi Rudras, leading the UP T20 League as table toppers under my guidance. This is a result of strategy, teamwork, and a shared hunger to win.
A fantastic victory for Croire XI against Sonnet Club in the Hardcort Butler Cricket tournament. Aman Rai's all-round performance earned him the Man of the Match. This is the kind of fighting spirit we build at our academy.
It was a memorable experience for our players to compete against Team Australia in the Friendship Cup. Garv Dhingra's unbeaten 160 and Parth's 88 were standout performances that make us proud.
Chirag Dhaka, one of our most dedicated players, representing Haryana in the U-19 Vinoo Mankad Trophy.
Garv Dhingra, a product of our academy, who played in the U-16 Vijay Merchant Trophy. His hard work is an inspiration.
Shaurya Raghav, another one of our promising talents, representing the HCA district at the U-16 level.
Krishang Sahrawat, who has represented the Gurgaon district in the U-19 Pataudi Trophy. We are proud of his journey.
About Developing Champions: Our Players' Success
It is rarely about natural talent alone. Every player here, from Parth making the NCA camp to Chirag representing Haryana U-19, succeeded because we focused on match temperament and technical discipline, not just swinging hard in the nets. If you are serious about clearing district or state-level trials, you need to understand that selectors look for consistency, game awareness, and a stable technique under pressure.
Success on the field is a product of what happens in our nets. When we talk about preparing for tournaments like the Vijay Merchant Trophy or district-level trials, we aren't just doing repetitive drills. We are running match simulations that force players to think on their feet, adjust to different ball speeds, and manage their mindset when the pressure is on.
The Competitive Process
- Technical Foundation: We strip back the technique to ensure a solid base, high backlift, and correct follow-through. Shortcuts are not tolerated because they fall apart in long-format matches.
- Match Simulation: Most coaching centers stop at net sessions. We bring in white-board planning and scenario-based training. You need to know how to play the situation, whether you are batting to save a game or bowling to defend a low total.
- Mentorship: I personally monitor the progress of our competitive group. We review video analysis together, discuss the 'why' behind every shot or delivery, and prepare for the mental grind of professional trials.
Whether you are aiming for the U-14, U-16, or U-19 circuit, the goal is the same: to be a complete cricketer who understands the game. We provide the platform, the turf, and the technical guidance, but the grit has to come from you. If you are ready to put in the hours and follow a structured development path, we are ready to guide you.
