We don't teach cricket just to win; we teach it to last. From mechanical corrections to tactical game-reading, here is how we build a cricketer from the ground up.

Angles are everything. I'm explaining to this batsman that he can't play a ball angling away with a straight bat. He needs to wait for it and play towards mid-off, not straight. *Jahan angle... jayega to ye idhar thodi khelna hai, isko idhar khelna hai.*

A common issue is using too much bottom hand in the backlift, which restricts the shot. I'm correcting this player's grip, telling him to lift with the top hand. *Bottom se bilkul uthana hi nahi hai.* This small change brings more control and better timing.

If you are struggling with your backlift, this might be the solution. I am demonstrating how to use the top hand to lift the bat straight back. This ensures the shoulder opens up and prevents the bottom hand from taking over, leading to a much cleaner bat swing.

The flick shot requires firm top-hand control, not a tight bottom hand. I'm explaining the mechanics here. The top hand gives direction, and the bottom hand just comes through for the flow. *Samjha na?* It's about right execution.

The beauty of cricket is that you cannot memorize it. I always tell my players that the real skill is adapting to the conditions of the pitch and the weather. The player who learns to adapt the quickest becomes a true match-winner.

I often ask my players, do we give enough importance to fielding? At the top level, you will be dropped from the team if you are not a good fielder. You have to find the joy in it, and I promise you, the thrill of a great fielding effort is unmatched.

To play at the state level and beyond, you need more than just skill. You need tactical preparation. We create a detailed roadmap and routine for our senior players to ensure they peak at the right time for major tournaments. It's about being mentally and physically ready.

I have always believed that the team is more important than the individual. That's why our jerseys have the club name on the back. When you play for the name on the jersey, your individual performance will automatically shine. *Team hai to aap ho.*

A lot happens between deliveries. It's about the discussion with your coach, understanding the plan, and then executing it with clarity. That understanding is the real preparation before facing the next ball.

Every cricketer struggles with bad form. The challenge is not just getting out of it, but also holding on to your top form once you find it. We work on the tactical and mental preparation needed to manage these phases of a cricketer's journey.

About Our Coaching Philosophy in Action

Most players I coach rely too heavily on their bottom hand, which forces the bat to slice or close early. In the nets, I make you isolate your top hand to correct your backlift. It feels uncomfortable for the first fifteen minutes, but it is the only way to get that clean, balanced swing you need for high-level cricket. We aren't just hitting balls; we are fixing the mechanics that actually win matches.
