As a coach, people assume I've always had it figured out, but that's not true. I've struggled with being unfit and mentally drained, and fitness is what always pulls me back. My journey helps me understand yours.

About About Me & The Community
Fitness is often sold as a quick fix, but here at The Space, we know it is a long game. Whether you are walking into our Juhu studio for a group session or joining me for online coaching, you are not just getting a generic workout plan. You are joining a community that shows up, sweats together, and celebrates the progress that happens in between the big milestones.
I started The Space because I was tired of the fitness industry feeling so cold and transactional. My partner Gigi and I wanted a place where the vibe is just as important as the technique. We have seen people come in unsure about their form or intimidated by gym culture, only to find their stride in a few weeks. It happens because we focus on sustainable habits, not crash diets or magic tricks.
We run things differently. From our group training sessions in Juhu where people cheer for each other's personal records to our online coaching where we audit your actual meals instead of giving you a boring chart to follow, everything is designed to be part of real life. Fitness is a basic human need, not a punishment. When you train with us, you are getting science-backed methods delivered with a dose of reality.
