About Trail Runs & Himalayan Bootcamps

Trail running is a different beast compared to road marathons. It requires shorter strides, constant focus on foot placement, and specific ankle stability to handle loose gravel and rocks. In my sessions, we do not just run; we practice navigating uneven terrain and elevation so you feel confident tackling the Aravali trails or high-altitude paths without fear.

Moving from road to trail running changes everything. You leave behind flat, predictable surfaces for rocks, mud, and steep inclines. I focus on helping you make this switch safely. During our training, we prioritize functional strength—specifically core and leg stabilization—to ensure you can handle the sudden changes in grade and the impact on your joints.

Beyond the physical training, these bootcamps are about preparation. For our Himalayan trips, we cover essential skills: how to pace yourself at altitude, how to pack light, and the basics of navigation. It is not just about finishing a race; it is about having the skills to survive and thrive in the outdoors. We handle the logistics—transport, tents, meals, and hydration stations—so you can focus entirely on the run.

Whether it is a 30km trail challenge in the Aravalis or a 3-day survival camp, my approach remains the same: train smart, stay safe, and push your boundaries. You will learn to read the trail, manage your breathing on climbs, and execute technical descents with control. If you are tired of the same old park runs, join us.
