My approach is to respect the sanctity of these ceremonies. I do not ask you to pause or re-enact sacred moments. Instead, I use a two-person team approach—one person focuses on the traditional, mandatory documentation required by elders, while I focus on the candid interactions and the subtle, blink-and-miss glances between you and your partner.
Handling The Lighting
Many traditional weddings in Bangalore take place in halls with harsh, overhead fluorescent lighting. I bring portable LED panels and use wide-aperture lenses (like those on my Sony Alpha or Canon R6 series) to soften the light. This ensures your silk sarees, gold jewellery, and the traditional floral decor look vibrant and rich rather than washed out.
