One thing I always tell my couples: do not worry about the perfect dance step. Some of my favourite shots are the blurry ones where everyone is laughing, or the candid moments when you are just enjoying the music with your friends. I am there to capture the vibe, not to police your poses.
Sangeet nights are unpredictable. The lighting is often low, the movement is fast, and the emotion is high. My team and I focus on capturing this energy without using intrusive, blinding flash setups. We use prime lenses and natural ambient light to keep that moody, party atmosphere intact in the final images.
Whether it is the intense focus during a choreographed performance or the messy, happy chaos on the dance floor, we do not miss a beat. For cocktail nights, I lean into a more editorial style. Think dramatic portraits, champagne pops, and those quiet, romantic in-betweens that happen when the music slows down. We keep the production minimal so you can stay in the moment.
