- Location: Exclusive access to private in-house studio in Mumbai or Surat.
- Duration: 4 to 6 hours continuous shooting.
- Team: 1 Senior Photographer and 1 Cinematographer or Assistant.
- Looks: Up to 3 costume changes allowed.
Deliverables
- Photos: 25 to 30 high resolution artistically color graded images.
- Video: 1 Instagram optimized Reel (30 to 60 seconds).
- Delivery: Cloud link for digital album.
Production
- Lighting: Professional studio setups for dramatic or soft light looks.
- Props: Usage of in-house props like easels, paints, and fabric backdrops.

- Makeup Artist, Hair Stylist, and Wardrobe.
The Urban Narrative Outdoor Shoot
Scope & Logistics
- Duration: 8 to 10 hours covering sunset and night aesthetics.
- Locations: 2 to 3 locations within the city.
- Team: 3 person crew including Lead Photographer, Cinematographer, and Lighting Assistant.
Cinematic Film
- Main Film: 3 to 4 minute cinematic highlight film.
- Audio: Incorporation of couple's voiceovers or vows for narrative.
- Teaser: 1 fast paced 45 to 60 second teaser.
Photography
- Output: 40 to 50 edited images.
- Style: Mix of wide angle architectural shots and emotional close ups.
- Technique: Night portrait execution using external flash or street lights.
Exclusions
- Location charges, yacht rentals, or vintage car rentals.
- Dedicated vehicle for crew transport between locations.

- The Movie: 4 to 6 minute detailed film with interviews and slow motion montages.

Post Production

Client Responsibilities
