Behind The Lens: How We Capture Your Real Moments
Ever wonder how we catch those candid tears and wild dance floor energy? This is a peek at our process, our gear, and how we stay invisible while capturing your biggest moments.
A little fun we have on the job. This reel is a playful take on our brand, showing that while we are serious about our work, we believe that great photography comes from a place of passion and a bit of fun.
This reel shows you the magic of before and after. You can see the behind-the-scenes moment of me directing the shot, followed by the beautiful, artistic portrait that resulted. It’s a look into how we turn real moments into art.
About Behind The Lens
People often ask how we get those emotional shots without being in the way. The trick is keeping our crew small and our gear quiet. My team doesn't storm in with massive lights or shout directions; we use minimalist, pro-level Sony and Canon setups so you can just be yourselves, and honestly, that’s when the best stuff happens.
Our Process: Just Be Yourself
When you hire us, you aren't getting a production crew that directs every movement. We believe in the power of the 'small in-betweens'—the quiet glance between the bride and groom or the nervous laugh before the Varmala. Because I have been on the other side of the lens, I know that feeling of being watched can kill the vibe. That is why we operate with a lean, 5 to 6-person crew, keeping our presence light and non-intrusive.
The Gear & The Technique
We shoot with high-end mirrorless Sony and Canon cameras. This gear allows us to shoot in low light without needing massive flash setups that ruin the ambiance of your Sangeet or Cocktail night. We use lapel mics during rituals to capture the actual dialogue and vows for your films—not just a background track. For destination weddings across India, from Udaipur palaces to Goa beaches, we travel with our own kit to ensure visual consistency.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do you give instructions? Rarely. We prefer the 'bas wahan pe raho' (just be there) approach. If we see a great light or a beautiful moment developing, we might gently nudge you, but we never force a pose.
What about group shots? We handle those separately. Our traditional photographer on the team ensures we get the essential family frames you need, so our lead candid photographer is free to keep hunting for real emotions.
Can we meet the team before the shoot? Absolutely. Whether it's in our Mumbai studio or over a call, we love connecting before the chaos begins. It helps us understand your dynamic, so by the time the Haldi ceremony starts, we feel like part of the family, not just vendors.
