Building strong technical foundations and mental resilience. We train serious junior players in Kothanur to compete, not just participate, using a data-driven, holistic approach.

We are incredibly proud of our athlete Simran Bundela, who was featured in the news for her triple-title win at the Bandodkar Open in Goa, clinching the U-18, Ladies Singles, and Mixed Doubles categories.

Tracking progress is key to development. This video shows the clear improvement in 10-year-old Viana's form and stability over just a few months of consistent, guided practice.

Training our young champs involves more than just hitting balls. Here, a junior player works on his footwork and agility with medicine ball drills, building a strong athletic foundation.

Our 'Little Legends' program makes learning tennis fun and engaging. We use modified equipment and playful drills to teach the youngest athletes the fundamentals of the game.

About this collection

Tennis isn't just about swinging harder; it is about stability. At our Kothanur academy, we dedicate the first 30 minutes of every junior session to Agility, Balance, and Coordination, or ABC drills. We force players to master footwork and movement efficiency on our red clay courts before they ever worry about hitting winners. This is the difference between a child who plays and an athlete who competes.

We build games from the ground up, avoiding shortcuts. Our red clay courts are a critical part of this process because they teach patience, sliding mechanics, and point construction. You cannot rush a point on clay, and we ensure our junior athletes understand how to hold their ground under pressure.

Why Our Training Works

  • Scientific Foundation: We track progress using sports science, not just intuition. Whether it is a 10-year-old in our Foundation Program or a tournament-level player, we monitor stroke mechanics and physical load to prevent injury and maximize growth.
  • Tournament Readiness: We don't just train; we prepare players for the reality of competition. This includes mental toughness drills, tournament periodization, and helping athletes manage the stress of winning and losing.
  • Beyond the Court: Our philosophy extends to the future. With our Grad.itude pathway, we provide direct guidance for student-athletes aiming for US College Tennis recruitment. We treat junior coaching as the first step in a long-term athletic career, covering everything from nutrition and recovery to game-day psychology.

If you want a program that promises instant glory without the work, this is not it. We offer an honest grind for kids who want to reach the state, national, or international circuits.

Tennis is our life, and I have seen what it takes to go from the court in India to Wimbledon. We do not just teach kids how to hit a forehand; we help them build tough minds and strong bodies. We are serious about developing players for the long run, whether that is for local tournaments or college tennis abroad.
