- Beverages: 2 varieties of fresh juices or standard mocktails (e.g., Watermelon Juice, Virgin Mojito).
- Pass-around Snacks: 4 varieties of vegetarian appetizers like Paneer Tikka, Corn Cheese Balls, Hara Bhara Kebab, and Crispy Veg.
- Service: Passed around by waiters on standard platters for 60-90 minutes.
Main Course Buffet
- Salad Bar: 3 types of fresh cut salads plus Papad & Pickle station.

Celebrating Weddings, Our Style
Weddings are a big deal in my family - we've been feeding celebrations since 1982. I see each event as more than just a meal; it’s about mixing great food with memories and proper desi hospitality. Three generations in, we've made it a habit to go all out, whether you want classic Indian or that twist of global fusion.
Food That Feels Like a Celebration
- Only vegetarian, but never boring. I love to keep the menu wide open - from proper North Indian gravies to Dum Sabz Handi Biryani and chaats that balance that perfect khatta-meetha punch.
- If you’re after something different, I do global stuff too. Expect things like Paneer Tikka Tacos, Tempura Sushi, or pizzas baked live right in front of your guests.
- Interactive catering experience is my thing - live food stations for weddings where guests can chat with chefs and see their food being made. Chaat counters, waffle bars, even a chai-shay (tea and coffee) corner for those late-night cravings.
Presentation & Vibe
- I don’t just serve food, I style it. Rustic setups with banana leaves, modern counters that glow, sit-down dinners with all the fancy touches - it’s all about matching your vibe.
- Themed wedding food counters are popular with couples who want something different, and I’m always up for that.

Nothing is perfect - sometimes the weather messes up outdoor setups, and some dishes need tweaking for picky guests. But I promise, I’ll do my best to make sure your food memories are top notch.

We’re Chetak Caterers. Our story’s old - started in 1982, and now it’s three generations all tangled up in food and family. There’s this photo of all of us together - that’s our real bond. Our founder, Pratap Hirji Dhulla, got honoured by Bombay Caterers Association, big moment for us. We don’t just cook, we make memories.
