Why We Do Chess Community Events
Chess is our excuse to bring people together, not just for competition, but for real connection. I see our ChessKlub community as a big, messy, fun family—everyone's invited, whether you’re a total newbie, a parent cheering from the sidelines, or someone who just loves a good chess club meetup.
What Happens at Our Events
- Our Chess Carnivals are wild—think Simultaneous chess matches against masters, live music, dance, and puzzles all packed into one noisy, happy space.
- We don’t stick to tournaments only. You’ll find us hosting chess holiday parties like “Chesstravaganza” for Christmas, Independence Day specials, and Holi celebrations with a chess twist.
- Recognizing players is huge for us. We hand out awards, not just for wins, but for effort, sportsmanship, and even wild moves that make us laugh.
Bengaluru Roots, Growing Beyond
We started in Nammuru Bengaluru, but now our boards are spreading—Coimbatore, Hyderabad, Mysuru, we’re coming! Our centers are buzzing with family-friendly chess events where everyone gets involved.

My Story
Anniversary in NammuruBengaluru - wow, still feels surreal! From day one, our students and parents made ChessKlub feel like home here. Kids, you’re the heart of our chess world, filling our black-and-white boards with wild colours and big dreams. Bengaluru, you gave us love, we’re here to give back. As we grow, we carry this spirit everywhere. Just getting started, promise!
My Work
Chess coaching for all ages - We teach online and at our Bangalore centers. Beginners, prodigies, rising champs - everyone’s welcome.
Fun chess events & carnivals - We host chess carnivals, movie nights, Chesstravaganza parties. It’s not just learning, it’s celebrating together.
Bughouse chess & tournaments - Tournaments for all levels, including Bughouse chess events and USCF rated online competitions. Trophies, medals, certificates too.
Practice sessions every week - Students get up to 10 hours of chess practice sessions weekly. We push for diligence, perseverance, and growth.
