About Haldi Ceremony Setups
A typical Haldi setup takes just 2 to 3 hours to install, covering an 8x10 ft area that works for both indoor living rooms and open terraces. We bring everything needed, including the brass Urli, colorful backdrop, and traditional seating, so you can focus on the rituals while we handle the setup.
Making your home look like a wedding house is our priority. Whether you have a small flat, a parking lot, or a spacious terrace, we find a way to transform the space into a festive zone. Our Haldi ceremony setups are designed to look bright on camera and feel comfortable for you and your guests.
What Goes Into Our Setup
- The Backdrop: We use 8x10 ft frameworks draped with bright synthetic fabrics in yellow, orange, and green. We add traditional elements like Rajasthani umbrellas, tassels, and dreamcatchers to give it that authentic look.
- The Ritual Elements: The Urli is the heart of the Haldi ceremony. We provide a large brass or fiberglass Urli, filled with fresh water and flower petals, along with a decorated chowki for the bride or groom to sit on.
- Seating: We arrange a comfortable Diwan or sofa with bolsters and cushions. It's not just about looking good; it's about making sure the person getting Haldi applied feels comfortable for the duration of the ritual.
Practical Details
We know that weather and space can sometimes be tricky in Delhi. That is why we always come prepared with a bit of 'jugaad' to fix uneven floors or tight corners. Our team of 2 to 3 people handles the entire installation and removal. The setup is durable enough to last for the duration of your Haldi event, and we make sure to clear out quickly afterward so your space returns to normal. If you have a specific colour theme in mind, just let us know, and we will adjust the drapes to match.
