About Behind The Scenes & Details
Behind every bright backdrop or exterior drape, our team spends hours on prep work that guests usually never see. Whether it is using scaffolding to ensure those vertical fabric drops hang straight for your facade or meticulously hand-tying every floral bunch to the gate, we focus on the structural integrity of the decor. This ensures your home looks perfectly festive from the street level throughout the wedding week, regardless of Delhi's weather or space constraints.
Our work begins long before the guests arrive. Transforming a standard Delhi house into a 'shaadi wala ghar' requires careful planning, from masking uneven ground with carpets to creating waterproof tenting in parking lots.
The Setup Process
For our exterior facade transformations, we work with a 3 to 4 person team. We manage everything from the main gate to the rooftop, using industrial-grade scaffolding to hang vibrant drapes and LED fairy lights. We prioritize durability, so the drapes remain secure and clean from the start of the event to the end.
Attention to Detail
Decoration is not just about the big structures; it is about the elements that bring joy. We create customized floral arrangements, hand-painted pots, and traditional hangings with bells for photo-ready corners. If we are setting up a Haldi or Mehendi stage, we focus on the 'jugaad' required to make small living rooms or terraces feel spacious and inviting. We use traditional carpets to cover rough flooring and ensure our lighting, like the par cans and fairy lights, creates a warm, celebratory atmosphere.
Execution and Timing
We handle the installation and the post-event dismantling, so you do not have to worry about the cleanup. For smaller setups like an 8x10 ft indoor stage, we are often in and out in 2 to 3 hours, leaving behind a finished, ready-to-use ceremonial space. Whether it is a terrace garden or a crowded parking lot, we bring the tools and the experience to make the space wedding-ready.
