There is nothing like the sound and sight of Karari Tikkis sizzling on a hot tawa. This is the heart of my Chaat Gali, where I prepare crispy potato patties fresh for your guests.

A perfect plate of my Nawabi Tikki chaat, straight from the tawa. Each crispy tikki is topped with tangy chutneys and fresh onions, offering a burst of authentic Delhi-style flavor in every bite.

Watch as I fry these potato tikkis to golden-brown perfection. The process is just as important as the taste, creating an authentic street food experience for everyone at your event.

This is my Delhi-style Karari Aloo Tikki Chaat, served fresh. The crispy potato patty is loaded with zesty onions and spices, creating a dish that is irresistibly tangy and flavorful.
