Our Story: The Mother-Daughter Baking Duo

When we started this in our home kitchen in Rajouri Garden, we made a simple promise: if we would not serve it to our own family, it does not leave the bakehouse. That means no refined sugar, no shortcuts, and no compromises on the ingredients. Whether you are ordering a tea cake or a custom dessert box, you are getting the same quality we serve at our own table.

Celestial Bakehouse is more than just a bakery to us. It is the result of years spent testing recipes, tweaking ratios, and learning how to balance old-school nostalgia with modern, healthier baking techniques.

We are Mrs. Pawanjot and Mehar, and this business grew out of the baking marathons we used to host in our own kitchen. What started as a passion project for friends and family has now become a way for us to share that same warmth with the rest of Delhi NCR.

Why We Bake This Way

• Ingredients First: We treat our ingredients with respect. You will find European cultured butter, organic jaggery, and dates in our pantry—never refined sugar or chemical preservatives.
• Mindful Choices: We know many of our clients are conscious about what they eat. That is why we offer dedicated eggless, vegan, and gluten-free options that do not sacrifice texture or flavour.
• Small-Batch Focus: We are FSSAI and MSME certified, but at our heart, we are still a small-batch operation. We believe that mass production ruins the delicate balance of flavours, so we keep our quantities limited to ensure every box that leaves our kitchen meets our standard.
