Essential Turnkey Interiors (Laminate Finish)
Core Woodwork & Joinery
- Kitchen: Custom modular setup using BWP (Boiling Water Proof) marine-grade plywood (Century/Greenply) for wet areas. Finish involves high-quality 1mm scratch-resistant laminates (Matte or High Gloss). Includes SS 304 grade wire baskets, cutlery organizers, and bottle pull-outs.
- Wardrobes: Floor-to-ceiling cabinetry using MR (Moisture Resistant) grade plywood. Shutters finished in designer laminates with edge-banding. Standard internal configuration.
- Hardware: Soft-close hinges and telescopic channels from trusted brands like Hettich, Hafele, or Ebco (Standard Series).
Ceiling, Walls & Electricals
- False Ceiling: Saint-Gobain Gypsum false ceiling (Periphery/Border design) with provision for cove lighting in Living and Dining areas.
- Painting: 2 coats of Wall Putty + Primer + 2 coats of Premium Emulsion (Asian Paints Royale or equivalent) for a smooth, matte finish.
- Electricals: Relocation of existing switch points to suit layout. Installation of LED panel lights (Philips/Havells) and cove strip lights.
Civil & General
- Flooring: Installation of standard Vitrified tiles (up to 4x2 ft) if required, or polishing of existing floors.
- Design Services: 2D Layout planning and standard 3D views for key areas (Living, Kitchen, Master Bed).
- Project Management: Dedicated site supervisor and expense sheet tracking.
Luxury Turnkey Interiors (Veneer, PU & Civil Changes)

- Structural Changes: Demolition of partition walls to create open-plan layouts (e.g., Open Kitchens, expanded Foyers) as per design suitability.
