This is a wide view of a 400 sq. ft. luxury balcony I designed for a client in Kandivali West. The goal was to create a complete outdoor living experience, featuring a hanging swing, a comfortable seating area, and beautiful patterned flooring.
Another angle of the spacious balcony, showing the length of the space and how the hanging planters and potted ferns add life and color. The glass railing ensures an unobstructed view, making the area feel open and connected to the outdoors.
A closer look at the wicker swing chair, a key feature for creating a relaxing atmosphere. I ensure every element, from the comfortable cushions to the wooden ceiling with recessed lights, works together to build your perfect comfort zone.
This seating nook on the same balcony provides a more intimate space for conversation. I used a simple wooden sofa with plush cushions and a small coffee table, set against a wall with subtle 3D art, to create a cozy corner.
For those who love to host, I added this custom bar area to the balcony. The design features a sleek countertop, bar stools, and decorative arched mirrors that add a touch of glamour and make the space perfect for evening get-togethers.
To bring a sense of calm to the terrace, I designed this dedicated spiritual corner. The serene Buddha statue is placed in a beautifully lit arch, surrounded by greenery, providing a peaceful spot for quiet contemplation.
This balcony design showcases a different style, using an exposed brick wall to create a warm, rustic feel. I selected light wood furniture and simple planters to complement the texture of the brick, resulting in a modern yet grounded outdoor space.

- Lighting & Atmosphere: Lighting changes the mood entirely. I install IP65-rated waterproof profile strips and COB lights to make the space warm and inviting at night.
