Our Coaching Philosophy

We don't believe in separate standards for women's cricket. Our students train alongside each other, focusing on:

• Technical Basics: You will hear our coaches emphasizing "Seedhe bat se khelo" (play straight) consistently. We focus on the fundamentals because that is what holds up under pressure.
• Match Readiness: We organize regular practice matches and intra-academy leagues to help you understand game strategy, not just net technique.
• Mental Toughness: Cricket is as much about the mind as it is about the body. We work on building the confidence you need to stay calm, whether you are facing a tough bowler or playing in a high-stakes tournament.

Facilities and Proven Success

Our training grounds reflect our commitment to excellence. We utilize our Sector 74 outdoor academy for turf pitch practice and night match simulations, while our Sector 10 indoor facility is available for year-round, weather-proof technique refinement with bowling machines.

We are proud to see our students succeed. We have mentored talents like Samridhi Dhingra, who secured a spot in the Delhi Women’s U-15 team, and we regularly host professionals like Gujarat Senior Women’s Team Captain Bhavna Goplani. Our focus remains on creating an environment where every girl feels she belongs and has a clear path to progress to the state and national levels.
