Foundation & Obedience Training
A well-behaved dog starts with a strong foundation. We focus on core commands, impulse control, and clear communication to build a reliable bond.
Three dogs, one command: PLACE. This command is essential for teaching calmness and impulse control. Here, Rex, Ace, and Max are learning to go to their designated spots and stay there until released.
From leash pulling and lunging to perfect pacing. Skye the Shiba Inu is learning the art of a calm walk with his caretaker. Proper leash manners are one of the most common things owners ask for.
A fun obedience and trick session with baby Zara. Training should be engaging. We use these sessions not just for commands but also to build a strong, positive bond with the dogs in our care.
Meet Oreo, a 2-year-old German Shepherd who joined us for obedience training and behavior modification. He struggles with resource guarding and overprotectiveness, so our program will focus on impulse control and building a calmer mindset.
QT the Golden Retriever showing off some fun obedience skills with me. Training should be enjoyable for the dog. A happy, engaged dog learns faster and builds a stronger bond with their handler.
This was the first obedience session with Panther, a bully breed who was not used to working for food. My first step with any new dog is to make them comfortable and build engagement through play before starting short, focused training sessions.
Shadow, a German Shepherd puppy, starting his obedience training and getting his first grooming session with us. A positive first experience with grooming is crucial for a lifetime of stress-free care.
Puppy Avasa has started her obedience training. Her owners understand the importance of starting early with a working line dog. We are building her foundation from day one.
Puppy Oscar, a Labrador, has come to us for basic obedience training. He will be trained directly by me to ensure he gets the best possible start.
Baby Felicia, a German Shepherd puppy, has started her obedience training with me. She has a lot of potential, and with the right guidance, she has a bright future.
About Building Blocks: Foundation & Obedience
Training isn’t about flashy tricks—it’s about the 15-minute sessions that actually build communication. We focus on impulse control and real-world reliability, ensuring your dog listens even when the environment is chaotic, not just when they feel like it.
A well-behaved dog isn't a robot, and training isn't a magic trick. When we work on foundations, we are stripping away the noise to build a language you and your dog can both understand. Whether it’s a high-drive working puppy or a distracted Indie, the approach is the same: clarity, consistency, and trust.
We move away from park chaos socialisation and focus on structured, neutral pack environments at our Sector 62 facility. Your dog learns impulse control through crate training, place commands, and leash walking, not because they are forced, but because they understand that calm, focused behavior gets them the best results.
My wife Simran and I handle these residential programs personally. We don’t run a factory—we run a training ecosystem. You’ll see the difference in how we prioritize the handover phase. I’m not just training your dog; I’m training you. By the end of the program, you need to understand the marker training, the leash mechanics, and the body language signals that make the training stick. If you don't know how to maintain the structure once you get home, the effort is wasted.
We tackle the basics—Heel, Sit, Down, Stay, and Recall—with precision. We also desensitize your dog to the environments they’ll face daily: loud noises, different surfaces, and high-distraction areas. This is the bedrock of a balanced, reliable life. If you’re ready to stop guessing and start leading, this is where we begin.

I don't see dogs as cases or numbers—every dog has its own vibe. Simran and I keep things real at our Sector 62 facility, focusing on building that trust bond before anything else. If your dog trusts you, half the job is done.
