When you order a fruit-based treat from me, you are getting something made with fresh, local ingredients. I don't use store-bought jams or canned fillings. Instead, I wait for the right season—like when Bangalore mangoes are at their best or strawberries are fresh and bright—to create my signature cheesecakes and bakes.

How I make them

My cheesecakes are no-bake style, set with a buttery digestive or Marie biscuit base for that perfect crunch. I keep the cheesecake layer light and creamy, which balances perfectly with the slightly tart, homemade fruit compote on top. Because I make these in small batches, I can tweak the sweetness based on the fruit’s natural quality that week.
