You are getting a piece of work that involves specific techniques like hand-piping petals, applying edible gold leaf with precision, or layering ganache for that perfect, smooth finish.

Why my floral cakes are different

• Fresh vs. Artificial: I prefer using high-quality fresh flowers or edible sugar sheets. I wash and prep everything thoroughly so it is 100% food-safe. If you want a specific flower that isn't in season, I will be honest about it and suggest a stunning, equally elegant alternative.
• Modern Aesthetics: If you like the 'minimalist' look—think clean lines, single-tone buttercream, or a hint of metallic accents—I love working on these. They require a steady hand and a lot of patience, which is exactly why I don't rush the process.
• No 'Same to Same': I love inspiration photos, but please know I will always add my own twist. Copying a design exactly is like tracing; I prefer to paint. I’ll make sure your cake feels unique to your personality, not just a carbon copy of a Pinterest board.

Practical notes for your order

Because I work alone and hand-paint or hand-pipe every detail, I need lead time. These designs cannot be whipped up in a few hours. The more time you give me to plan the structure and source the decorations, the better the final result will be. If you are planning an anniversary, a milestone birthday, or a surprise, reach out a few days in advance.
