This two-tier wedding cake is one of my proudest creations, adorned with a cascade of real, hand-pressed dried flowers. It’s a perfect example of how we can use natural elements to create something truly breathtaking for your special day, all with a smooth buttercream finish.

I don’t believe in heavy layers of fondant that you end up peeling off. My cakes are built on a base of smooth, high-quality buttercream or ganache. This means you get a much better flavour profile and a cleaner, more elegant look, whether we are using fresh flowers, hand-painted details, or edible prints.
