I treat every order as a new piece of art. When we start, you can bring me a random Pinterest photo, a specific memory, or just a list of hobbies, and I will sketch out a plan. We then decide on the right format to bring that vision to life:

• Signature Cream & Drip Cakes: These are perfect for when you want something elegant and delicious, finished with buttercream, ganache, fresh flowers, or macarons. They are ideal for anniversaries or casual parties.
• Bespoke Fondant Cakes: This is where we get into the details. If you want specific character figurines, 2D cut-outs, or brand logos, this is the route to take. We use a flawless fondant finish to make these pop.
• Hand-Carved 3D Cakes: For a real showstopper, I offer sculpted art. Whether it is a replica of a luxury handbag, a car, or a hobby-specific object, I use internal structures and dense cake bases to make it happen.

Practical Details

I bake in the heart of Gurugram, near South Point Mall. While my style leans toward the decorative and refined, I take the actual eating experience seriously. I use high-quality ingredients, and for sculpted cakes, I stick to denser bases like Chocolate Mud or Dense Vanilla to ensure they hold their shape.

If you are on a tight timeline, do not worry. I can often manage custom cakes within a 4 to 6 hour window, though simpler designs work best for express orders. My focus is always on balancing visual impact with a taste that justifies the celebration.
