• Pricing: Costs depend on the complexity. Simple drip or buttercream cakes start at ₹1600/kg, while heavily detailed fondant or sculpted art starts at ₹2400-₹3200/kg.
• Flavors & Structure: For sculpted cakes, I recommend denser bases like Chocolate Mud or Dense Vanilla to handle the intricate shaping and keep the structure sound.
