Behind the Lens: Our Creative Process

Photography is often sold as a list of deliverables, but for us, it is about the hunt for the real story. We are Kinjal and Shashank, and our approach starts with becoming part of the background. Whether we are maneuvering through the crowds at a Dadar flower market or finding the perfect frame in a quiet room, our goal is the same: to document emotions as they unfold, not as we direct them.

Our team is small enough to be unobtrusive but large enough to cover the full spectrum of your wedding day. We bring a lead candid photographer to focus on raw reactions, while our cinematographers handle the 4K footage. We also have a traditional team to ensure the family portraits and ritual shots you need are handled properly.

We love the 'beautiful chaos' of Indian weddings. From the colourful mess of a Haldi ceremony to the quiet anticipation before the pheras, there is a rhythm to the day that we have learned to anticipate. We do not just show up to click buttons. We plan the timeline with you beforehand to ensure we have enough time for couple portraits without making you feel rushed.

We are based in Mumbai, but we treat every wedding as a destination shoot. If your love story takes you to a beach in Goa or a palace in Pushkar, we are packed and ready to go. We handle the technical side, like lighting and audio recording, so you do not have to worry about the 'how'. You just focus on the moment, and we will make sure it is there for you to look back on.
