• 1-2 Senior Cinematographers shooting 4K footage.
• 1 Traditional Photographer and 1 Traditional Videographer for stage, group, and ritual coverage.
• Drone operator for aerial establishing shots (venue permitting).

Video Deliverables

• 1-minute high-energy teaser trailer delivered within 1-2 weeks.
• 3-5 minute cinematic highlight film including audio from vows or speeches.
• 20-45 minute full documentary film covering all events and performances.
• 2-3 vertical format videos specifically for Instagram Reels.

Photo Deliverables

• 300-500 color-graded and edited images per day via cloud gallery.
• Premium flush-mount photobook (approx. 40-50 sheets) included in the higher price range.

Execution Details

• Guaranteed on-site presence of either Kinjal or Shashank.
• Professional audio recording using lapel mics for clear speech capture.
• Timeline planning assistance to ensure time for couple portraits.

Shoot Specifications

• Lead photography by Kinjal or Shashank with one assistant.
• 4 to 6 hours of shooting time, typically scheduled during sunrise or sunset.
• Coverage at 1 to 2 locations within the city (heritage streets, beaches, or rented studios).
• Allowance for 2-3 outfit changes (casual to formal).

Deliverables

• 40-60 high-resolution, color-corrected, and retouched images.
• 30-60 second cinematic teaser video set to music.
• 150+ unedited raw JPEGs provided for selection purposes.

Planning & Direction

• Concept consultation to discuss themes or recreate specific memories.
