We are looking for players born between 2000 and 2008. While this is a paid coaching program, we offer scholarships for top performers who stand out during the trials.

Calling all U21 players. Our program gives you the direct opportunity to play in the KSFA A-Division. Trials are your first step towards joining the BTM FC squad.
We offer elite football development programs in Bengaluru for U-18 and U-20 age groups. Our focus is on creating a professional environment for young, aspiring footballers.

About this collection
We don't offer shortcuts, just a direct route to competitive football. You will be training year-round under AFC-licensed coaches at SAI Kengeri or Rush Arena, with the clear goal of getting scouted for our KSFA A-Division or C-Division squads. This is for players who are ready to put in the hours, play over 30 competitive games a season, and treat every session like it is match day.
The Pathway to Pro
Our program is designed for one thing: getting you onto the pitch in competitive leagues. We have built a system where training is just the beginning. Whether you are aiming for our U21 Apex program or a spot in the senior squad, you will be part of a structure that prioritizes tactical analysis, video breakdowns, and physical conditioning alongside standard drills.
What to Expect
- Competitive Grind: You get 160+ high-intensity sessions per 10-month season. We play 30+ 11-a-side matches, including official KSFA divisional league games. If you are in the program, you are playing.
- The Coaching: Our head coach holds an AFC 'A' license, and our staff includes AFC 'C' license holders. We keep the coach-to-player ratio tight (1:12 to 1:15) so you actually get corrected, not just watched.
- The Setup: You will train at high-level facilities like SAI Kengeri. We provide the full kit, handle your KSFA player licensing, and track your development through bi-monthly strength and conditioning sessions.
Which Program Fits?
- Full Season Pro-Pathway: For the serious player. You are looking at a 10-month commitment that covers everything from match fees to nutrition charting. This is how you build a consistent career.
- Monthly Flexible Access: For players who need to fit elite training into a tighter schedule. You still get access to the same AFC-licensed staff and facilities, though match selection depends on your performance and consistency.
