The images here reflect the 'Bright' way of life—a blend of old-school discipline and modern, scientific training. When you join our sessions at Ramjas Sports Complex, you aren't just a trainee; you are part of a resurgence story that saw us climb back to the Premium-I division after a 16-year wait. We focus on real match temperament because talent only gets you so far; consistent, hard-nosed practice gets you to the state level.
Our foundation rests on the philosophy of the late Prof. NC Bakshi, who started this journey in 1980 with a clear mandate: 'Where talent meets training and opportunity.' We do not believe in fluff. Our training environment is designed to strip away the noise and focus on what wins matches—technique, agility, and mental toughness. We utilize a 6,000 sq. ft. high-cage fielding arena and 17-foot nets to simulate game-day pressure.
Whether you are a working professional in our Delhi Dashers program or a student aiming for the U-19 state team, you will face the same rigorous standards. We train on varied surfaces—astro turf, cement, and true turf—to prepare players for the diverse conditions encountered in Delhi cricket. This is not just a training academy. We are a competitive club with a track record of scouting talent for DDCA-affiliated leagues.
