Floral Jewellery & Hair Accessories Workshop
Learn the art of crafting fresh flower jewellery and bridal accessories in our intensive 2-day workshop. From traditional Poola Jada to delicate haath phool, we cover everything you need to start creating.
A beautiful set of fresh flower jewellery, including hair clips and a veni, crafted with yellow flowers and jasmine buds. In my workshop, you'll learn how to create these intricate designs with gold accents for a traditional look.
Explore a variety of floral art, from vibrant red rose venis to delicate pink carnation accessories. These are some of the beautiful pieces you can design and take home after my two-day hands-on class.
About Floral Jewellery & Hair Accessories
You will spend these two days getting hands-on with real blooms, so expect to get a little messy with petals and glue. My studio batches are kept intentionally small, which means I can personally guide you through the trickier mechanics like wiring and preserving delicate jasmine or roses, ensuring you leave with designs that actually last.
What you will learn
Whether you are a hobbyist or looking to start your own bridal floral business, this 2-day intensive course in Sivanchetti Gardens covers the full spectrum of floral design. We focus on practical, industry-standard skills:
- Bridal Hair Accessories: Learn the construction of traditional long braid designs (Poola Jada), intricate semicircular hair garlands (Venis), and circular clips (Jada Billalu).
- Floral Jewellery: Gain hands-on experience designing sets for Haldi functions, including Maang Tikka, Jhumkas, Chokers, and Haath Phool.
Why this approach
I believe the best way to learn is by doing. You will not just sit through theory lectures. We use professional pliers, glue guns, and specific wire gauges to ensure your creations are structurally sound. We also cover market-relevant skills, such as sourcing wholesale materials and pricing your finished work for clients.
By the end of the second day, you will take home everything you have crafted, along with your certificate. We provide all the fresh flowers, fabrics, and tools required at the studio, so you can just bring your enthusiasm and ready-to-learn mindset.
