Intimate Tabletop Styling
Floral Configuration
- Fresh Arrangements: Includes 2 distinct floral elements: one medium mixed bouquet (Red/Pink Roses or Sunflowers with fillers) and one matching basket or vase arrangement.
- Petal Detailing: Application of 500g to 750g of fresh rose petals scattered on the table or formed into shapes like hearts or words.
Lighting & Ambiance
- Candle Setup: A mix of pillar candles in glass hurricane vases and small glass votives (8 to 12 candles total) to create a warm glow.
- Fairy Lights: Battery operated warm white LED strings woven around the florals and table edges.
Edibles
- Cake: Includes one Bento style or Tub dessert cake (250g to 300g), typically Strawberry Cream or Chocolate Ganache.
Logistics
- Execution: Professional onsite styling by 1 stylist.
- Timeframe: Requires 45 to 60 minutes access to the space for setup.
- Gift Styling: Includes artful arrangement of any separate gifts you provide within the decor.
Grand Room Decor & Proposal Setup
Major Floral Installation
- Centerpiece: One large showstopper bouquet featuring 50+ Rose stems.
- Peripheral Decor: 3 to 4 additional floral clusters (Sunflowers, Lilies, or Carnations) placed on side tables, beds, or floor crates.
- Floor Styling: Thick scattering of rose petals creating a pathway or aisle leading to the focal point.
Props & Scenography
- Signage: Rental of thematic neon or acrylic signage (e.g., Marry Me, Happy Anniversary, Better Together).
- Photo Display: Printing and hanging of 10 to 15 polaroid style photographs suspended from balloons or lights.
- Illumination: Placement of 20+ floor safe LED candles and multiple strands of fairy lights.
Gifting & Edibles
- Desserts: Includes a premium 500g Cake and a box of gourmet chocolates or dipped strawberries.
- Luxury Styling: Visual merchandising of client provided gifts using artisanal trunks, velvet platters, or wooden crates.
Logistics
- Team: Setup by a 2 person team taking approximately 2 to 2.5 hours.
- Consultation: Includes a design brief to select the color palette (Red, White, or Pink).

- Romantic Proposal & Anniversary Setups: I turn rooms, balconies, or even your own dining table into a dreamy, personalized space. If you want a personalized proposal decor, that's totally my jam.
- Floral Fantasy Table Set-up: I do table styling using fresh flowers, lots of them. Lush bouquets, petals on the floor, touches of baby's breath. Roses, lilies, you name it.
- Candles and fairy lights for that warm, cozy glow.
- Sometimes, there's a simple cake or dessert as part of the setup.
- Hampers can be the centerpiece - makes for a real surprise.
Personal Touch
- Everything is custom. No two setups look the same. I work with you to pick flowers, colors, and the little details that matter.
- I only take on events in Mumbai right now, so I can give each one proper attention.

My Story
Hi, we’re Bombay Hampers. Our thing? Gifting that’s got a soul, not just stuff thrown in a box. From sweating it out with Shivprasad ji making our studio shine, to sending our first hamper to Kareena Kapoor, it’s been a wild ride. Designing for Falguni Pathak’s Garba, meeting folks from Japan to Jeetendra Sir—each hamper is a little piece of our journey. Still feels unreal. We’re just grateful and always excited for what comes next.
