What goes into our setups
We rely on a combination of sturdy metal frames, professional-grade drapes, and high-quality artificial florals. For haldi ceremonies, we often use yellow santoon or polly-silk fabrics paired with marigold (genda) garlands and traditional phulkari umbrellas. If you are looking for an engagement setup, our circular ring arches with LED neon signs are the most popular choice. These structures are usually 6 to 7 feet in diameter and create a focused area for couple photography.
Practical details
We know that event timelines are tight. Our setup teams are trained to complete the installation for most standard backdrops in 90 to 120 minutes. We bring all necessary materials, including the stands, fabric, flowers, and lighting props.
Before you book, please ensure you have the required space available for us to work. For instance, our standard backdrop frames require an 8x8 foot clearance. If you are planning an outdoor setup, let us know in advance so we can ensure the base is weighted properly against the wind. We handle the dismantling after the event, so you can focus entirely on your family and the celebration.
