Winning a medal requires more than steady hands, it requires a mindset that can withstand the tension of a live range. At our Hulimavu facility, my coaching methodology is built around this reality.

The Training Philosophy

We bridge the gap between casual practice and competitive success by focusing on three core pillars:

• Pressure Simulation: We don't just stand on a range and fire pellets. We host internal batch tournaments that mimic the environment of the 13th Karnataka State Shooting Competition or national qualifiers. This ensures that when a student competes, they are returning to a familiar scenario rather than facing it for the first time.
• Holistic Conditioning: A shooter's performance drops the moment their concentration slips. Our daily fitness drills and yoga sessions are not optional, they are the foundation for the focus seen in our gold-medalists. We work on core stability to improve balance, which is crucial for 10M Air Rifle and Air Pistol events.
• Technical Analysis: Using electronic target systems, I provide real-time data on every shot. We don't guess why a grouping is off, we analyze it. This allows students like Sanvi RP and Bhuumika to correct their posture and trigger control instantly, leading to rapid progression.

From Beginners to Podium

Many of our current medalists started their journey in our summer camps with zero experience. We believe that talent is built through repetition and discipline. Whether it is an ICSE school-level competition or a Zonal Championship, our goal remains the same: to provide the professional-grade guidance needed to stand on that podium.
