Our training is built on developing Speed, Strategy, and Strength. Watch how we integrate these three elements into our practice sessions to create well-rounded and formidable players on the court.

This is a real, unfiltered look at one of our intense multi-shuttle drills. The goal is to improve footwork, court coverage, and stamina while under pressure, simulating a high-stakes rally.

About The Believers Training Method

On our courts in Dadar and Mulund, the 3 S's are not just written on a whiteboard—they are how we start every session. We dedicate the first 15 minutes to pure agility and stamina, meaning you will be breathless before you even pick up the shuttle. It is not just about hitting the bird; it is about having the leg strength to reach it and the strategy to place it where your opponent cannot.
