Our kids' classes are the heart of our studio. We focus on making gymnastics fun and safe, teaching everything from basic cartwheels and handstands to jumps and rolls using vaulting boxes and soft mats. An instructor is always present to provide hands-on guidance and encouragement.

Advanced Tumbling & Acrobatics

For students ready to take their skills to the next level. This is where we focus on dynamic movements like tumbling passes, backflips, and aerials. We use thick landing mats and provide expert spotting to ensure a safe environment for mastering high-level acrobatics.

Flexibility & Conditioning

Strength and flexibility are the building blocks of gymnastics. Our classes include dedicated time for full-body stretching, conditioning exercises, and poses like backbends, splits, and handstands to improve mobility and prevent injuries. This training is beneficial for gymnasts, dancers, and anyone looking to improve their overall fitness.

Adult Gymnastics & Fitness

It's never too late to build strength, flexibility, and confidence. Our adult classes cater to all levels, whether you're looking to achieve your first handstand, improve mobility, or learn basic tumbling in a supportive and encouraging group environment.

Our Studio: Safe & Modern

We've created a clean, safe, and motivating space for you to train. Our studio is fully equipped with professional-grade mats of varying thickness, vaulting boxes, and other essential gymnastics equipment. With full-length mirrors and great lighting, you have everything you need to focus on your form and progress.

Dance & Creative Movement

As our name suggests, we are also a dance centre. While our main focus here is gymnastics, we also offer dance classes and encourage creative expression. This section showcases some of the dance and acro-dance performances from our talented students and instructors.
