About Our Tournament Champions
This gallery is not about participation—it is about the results of 90-minute high-intensity sessions, repetitive multi-shuttle feeding, and match-simulation drills that happen at my academy in Horamavu. Match day is where the training stops and instinct takes over, which is why we simulate that exact pressure during every single practice session.
Winning a tournament medal doesn't happen on the court during the match; it is decided weeks before in the academy. When I train students to compete at district, state, or All India SGFI tournaments, the focus shifts from basic technique to tactical dominance.
My tournament-ready program at Battledore Arena is built for players who want to win. We move past basic footwork and into:
- Reflex Training: High-frequency multi-shuttle feeding to sharpen reaction times.
- Match Simulation: Guided scoring matches with specific strategy breaks to analyze and counter opponents.
- Endurance & Strategy: 1-vs-2 pressure routines that build the stamina needed for long tournament days.
- Core Conditioning: Explosive power exercises that translate into stronger smashes and faster court recovery.
Whether you are a junior player preparing for your first state-level event or an intermediate student aiming for the podium at local club championships, the path is the same. It is disciplined, demanding, and designed for results. If you are ready to stop playing casually and start competing, my program is where you belong.
