Our junior water polo program is designed for athletes who have moved past the learn-to-swim stage. We require a 200m non-stop swimming proficiency because water polo is an endurance sport at its core. Once the basics of head-up freestyle and backstroke are mastered, we pivot to polo-specific skills:
