About Our Coaching Philosophy & Expert Staff
We don't just run drills; we run a football academy. Our training sessions, led by UEFA and AFC licensed coaches, involve actual video analysis and tactical strategy meetings, ensuring every movement on the pitch has a specific purpose aimed at league-level performance.
Great football isn't just about fitness; it's about decision-making. That's why our coaching philosophy at Bangalore City FC revolves around the 'Total Footballer' concept. Whether you're in our grassroots U7 program or pushing for the KSFA Super Division, you are learning from staff who have lived the game.
Our technical direction is led by Othallo Tabia, an AFC A License holder with a massive career spanning Mahindra United and Gokulam Kerala FC. He brings the exact intensity required for professional setups. Our U17 and U18 squads are mentored by Keshav Parekh, who has led teams to success in the TAL Cup and brings experience from Neymar Jr’s 5 in Brazil.

- Certified Guidance: Every coach on our pitch holds active certifications, from AIFF C licenses to AFC B and A licenses. We invest in their growth so they can invest in yours.
