Entrance Display
- Tricolor Spiral Arch: One 8x6 ft spiral arch installed at the main entrance or glass facade.
- Material: Standard latex balloons (metallic or matte finish) in Saffron, White, and Green.
- Structure: Built on a rental PVC or metal frame which is collected later by the provider.
- Backdrop Accents: Includes 6 to 8 tri-color paper fans (rosettes) attached to the main wall or reception backdrop.
Interior Ambient Decor
- Ceiling or Wall Clusters: 20 balloon bunches, with each cluster containing 3 to 4 tri-color balloons.
- Placement: Taped to ceilings, suspended from false roofing, or attached to cubicle corners.
- Flag Accents: 4 to 6 small paper or fabric Indian flags placed within arrangements or at the reception desk.
Logistics
- Balloon Type: Standard air-filled commercial-grade latex (10 to 12 inch size). Lifespan is 2 to 3 days.
