A standard character theme setup takes approximately 90 minutes to install. Whether you choose a flex-print backdrop or a full balloon ring, I ensure the character cutouts and plinths are positioned to anchor the space. Just clear a 6x6ft area for the main display, and I will handle the assembly and dismantling.
How My Character Setups Work
I offer two primary ways to set up a character-themed party in Bangalore. For smaller home events, a ring setup works best. It features a circular frame, organic balloon garlands in your chosen color scheme, and specific character cutouts. For larger hall celebrations, I recommend the Themed Flex Backdrop package. This includes a 7ft printed wall that serves as the centerpiece, combined with multiple character cutouts, focus lighting, and a higher volume of balloons to fill the space.
Customization and Themes
I work with a wide range of themes, from popular choices like Paw Patrol, Avengers, and Cocomelon to classics like Mickey Mouse or Jungle themes. If you have a specific character in mind that isn't listed, share a reference image with me. I source or print custom backdrops and cutouts to match your requirement.
What is Included
Every setup is all-inclusive regarding logistics. My price covers:
- Transport & Setup: I arrive on-site, assemble the frame, inflate and style the balloons, and place all props.
- Backdrop Support: Whether it is a flex-print, a shimmer wall, or a metal ring, the frame is included and removed after the event.
- Lighting: For evening parties, I add LED focus lights or neon signage to highlight the theme.
Practical Tips for Parents
- Space Planning: Most setups require a minimum floor space of 6x6ft. If you are hosting in a small apartment, the Ring Setup is more efficient than a large flex backdrop.
- Booking Lead Time: Since custom printed backdrops and specific character cutouts take time to prepare, please confirm your theme at least a few days before the event.
- Duration: My balloon installations are designed to stay fresh for the duration of your party.
