About Camp Life and Community
You aren't just signing up for a sport here. Whether you are a beginner picking up an air rifle for the first time or training for a state-level match, our community revolves around mutual encouragement. We keep batch sizes small so you get real, one-on-one time with coach Praveen Kumar, ensuring your stance and breathing techniques are corrected before you build the wrong habits.
Why Community Matters in Shooting
Many think shooting is just about standing still and hitting a target, but the real work happens in the mind. Our academy in Naagarabhaavi is designed to be a hub where shooters don't just train in isolation—they observe, learn, and discuss their progress. When you are surrounded by others who are also striving for that perfect center shot, it pushes you to stay disciplined.
Our Training Approach
We focus on 10m Air Rifle and Air Pistol disciplines, starting from basics like open sight training and moving into advanced match preparation. The community aspect really shines during our internal friendly matches. These sessions provide a low-pressure environment for beginners to get used to the noise, the timing, and the feeling of shooting under the watchful eyes of their peers and coaches.
Beyond the Trigger
We integrate mental conditioning and physical stability exercises into our camp life. You will learn about:
- Breathing Control: How to steady your heart rate before a shot.
- Mental Focus: Techniques to block out distractions, which helps both on the range and in school or work.
- Stance Stability: Physical drills to build the core strength needed for long sessions.
Everything is conducted in our fully air-conditioned, CCTV-monitored range in Bengaluru. We provide the gear, the pellets, and the targets. You bring the focus. We celebrate every win, big or small, because that is our pride—namma hemme.
