About Training in Action: A Day at the Camp

Our summer camp focuses on more than just the target. With small batch sizes, you receive direct, hands-on feedback on your stance and trigger control, ensuring you build the correct muscle memory and mental calm required for competitive shooting from day one.

A Day at the Range

When you join our training camp, you aren't just shooting pellets. You are learning to quiet your mind. Our daily sessions start with strict safety drills, ensuring every student understands muzzle discipline and range etiquette before picking up a weapon.

The Training Process

We start with open sights to build your foundation. Once your posture and stability improve, we introduce professional .177 caliber air rifles and air pistols. Coach Praveen Kumar and our team monitor your grouping, breathing, and trigger squeeze, providing corrections in real time. We believe in high-volume practice, but only with the right form. You will fire 30 to 70 shots per session, depending on your level, to build the consistency needed for competitive matches.

Mental and Physical Discipline

Shooting is a mental sport. We integrate physical stability exercises to strengthen your core and shoulders, and focus drills to keep your mind steady under pressure. For those looking at a long-term roadmap, we offer insights into the state and national sports quota, helping you understand how practice today leads to medals tomorrow.

Safety and Gear

We provide everything you need. You will train in a fully air-conditioned, 10m indoor range monitored by CCTV. All academy-owned gear is maintained to competition standards. By the end of the camp, you will receive a course completion certificate and, if you show the drive, an invitation to join our advanced competitive batches. Namma hemme is seeing you progress from your first shot to your first bullseye.
