Core Decoration
- Ceiling Balloons: 40 to 50 Metallic or Pastel Latex balloons taped to the ceiling with long curling ribbons (Air filled).
- Floor Scatter: 40 to 50 loose balloons scattered on the floor to fill walking space.
- Focal Point: Standard foil balloon text (e.g., Happy Birthday, I Love You) taped to the main wall or headboard.
- Foil Accents: 2 to 4 small star or heart shaped 18 inch foil balloons.
Romantic Additions
- Rose Petals: Approx 250g to 500g of fresh real rose petals arranged in a heart shape or pathway.
- Lighting: 10 meters of basic fairy lights (battery or plug in) draped around the headboard.
Service Details
- Duration: Setup requires 45 to 60 minutes.
- Gas: No helium used; all balloons are air filled and taped.
Circular Ring Setup with Neon & Marquee
Structure & Backdrop
- The Ring: 6x6 ft circular metal ring stand (Gold or Black frame).
- Balloon Garland: Organic style L shaped or semi circle garland wrapping the ring using 200+ balloons.
- Material: Mix of Chrome (high shine) and Double stuffed pastel balloons.
Props & Lighting
- Neon Signage: Rental of one standard acrylic neon sign (e.g., Happy Birthday, Oh Baby, Better Together).
- Marquee Numbers: Rental of up to 2 LED Light up Marquee numbers (2.5ft to 3ft height).
- Accents: 1 to 2 small foil balloons integrated into the arch.

I won’t sugarcoat it - sometimes weather or venue restrictions can mess with big balloon setups, and not every theme works in every space. But I’ll always try to make it as close to your vision as possible.
