Our team completes a full room transformation in 45 to 60 minutes, ensuring your surprise stays a secret. We use air-filled balloons with tape rather than helium, which means you do not have to worry about the setup losing its shape or deflating before your guest arrives.
How We Manage Your Surprise
When you book a room surprise, we handle the logistics so you can focus on the timing. Since we use high-quality, air-filled balloons, these decorations are durable and do not come with the safety concerns associated with gas cylinders in residential spaces.
What to Expect During Setup:
- Arrival: Our team arrives 60 minutes before your planned reveal. We require access to the room during this window.
- Balloon Work: We use a mix of chrome and pastel balloons for arches, rings, or ceiling fillers. We use standard wall-safe tape for all ceiling and backdrop attachments.
- Floral Elements: We use fresh rose petals for pathways and heart shapes. These are placed immediately before your event to ensure they stay fresh.
- Lighting: We include fairy lights for canopies or headboard accents. Please ensure there is a power outlet nearby if you have selected a package that uses neon signage or marquee numbers.
Customization & Space Limitations:
Not every theme fits every room size. If you are planning a surprise in a compact space, we adjust the scale of the balloon ring or the footprint of the petal path to ensure it does not feel cluttered. If you have specific color preferences or want to swap a theme, let us know at the time of booking. We work across Mumbai and Navi Mumbai, and the quoted price includes setup and on-site assembly.
