For our recent red-themed setup, that meant covering walls with dark textures and using low-hanging candles to shrink the scale of a large hall into an intimate, high-drama dining room. We pair these large-scale changes with specific, small-scale details. In that same setup, we used moss runners on the tables, custom-cut invitation cards, and small dragon figurines to tell a story of Japanese romance. We manage the full scope of your event design. This includes the lighting design—using pinpoint spotlights and ambient glows—the furniture, and the table styling. Whether you are planning a corporate launch that needs to grab attention or a private party where you want your guests to step into a new reality, we handle the build and the execution. We look after everything from the custom carpentry needed for structures like stage backdrops or entrance arches to the selection of flowers and fabrics that tie the look together.
