Signature Backdrop & Photo-Op Corner
Core Structure & Branding
- Custom Backdrop: One 8ft x 8ft or 8ft x 10ft structural backdrop. Finish options include pastel fabric wrapping, printed flex with matte finish, or a trellis frame.
- Logo Integration: Custom fabrication of brand logo. Options: LED Neon flex signage (up to 3ft width) OR 3D Gold/White Acrylic laser-cut lettering mounted on the backdrop.
- Flooring: Matching carpet or vinyl flooring (approx 100 sq ft) for the photo zone area.
Floral & Prop Styling
- Floral Arrangement: Signature asymmetrical floral styling (approx. 15-20 running feet).
- Floral Type: Premium mix of high-quality artificial bases for volume and fresh top-ups (Roses, Carnations, Gypsophila, or Tropical leaves like Monstera/Areca palms).
- Styling Props: Inclusion of 2-3 accent props based on theme (e.g., vintage full-length mirror, gold geometric pedestals, or rustic wooden crates).
Technical & Logistics
- Lighting: 2-4 LED Par cans or warm focus lights to illuminate the backdrop and eliminate shadows.
- Execution: Transport, setup, and dismantle within city limits. Includes a team of 3-4 decorators.
Thematic Commercial Zone Styling
Ceiling & Aerial Installations
- Suspended Decor: Treatment of ceiling area (approx 200 sq ft) using truss or existing hooks.
- Elements: Hanging Edison bulbs with floral accents, wicker lamps, or thematic elements like disco balls.
- Density: Medium density coverage to create an overhead visual canopy.
Zone Styling & Props
- Main Feature Installation: One large focal point (e.g., lush foliage-covered bar front, thematic photo booth with large props, or mannequin display group).
- Surface Decor: Styling for existing surfaces (Countertops, Bar tops, or up to 10 guest tables) using vases, candles, table runners, and thematic trinkets.
- Custom Fabrications: Vinyl prints for glass panels/mirrors or foam-board cutouts for thematic signage.
Ambience Creation
- Lighting Design: 8-10 uplighters in specific colors (Red, Amber, etc.) to wash the walls and set the mood.
- Soft Furnishing Accents: Use of thematic drapes or fabric swags (Velvet/Chiffon) to mask unwanted areas or frame the entrance.

Premium Tablescaping
- Floral Runners: High-density fresh floral arrangements running down the center of long tables (approx 60 running feet).
- Flower Quality: Premium blooms (Imported Hydrangeas, Roses, Orchids) in specific color palettes.
- Table Accessories: Crystal or Gold Candelabras (3-5 per table), taper candles in glass sleeves, premium table linen (Velvet/Satin), and custom printed menus/place cards.
Immersive Room Decor
- Statement Entrance: One large-scale fiberglass prop (e.g., Sculpture, Art piece) or a heavy floral archway serving as the arrival moment.
- Draping & Masking: Perimeter heavy draping (Velvet or patterned fabric) to hide venue walls and create an enclosed atmosphere.
- Carpet: Wall-to-wall carpeting for the dining area if required.
Production Specs
- Lighting: Intelligent lighting setup (Profile spots for tables + mood lighting for room).
- Staff: Dedicated on-site stylist during the event to manage decor maintenance.
