Most athletes believe that recovery requires more torture, like aggressive deep tissue massage. We do the opposite. Our therapies do not force your muscles to break. Instead, we use warm, medicated oils to lubricate joints, improve circulation, and settle the Vata imbalance that actually causes your post-workout stiffness.
