Forward-thinking design that respects the land and stands the test of time. We focus on eco-friendly concepts and unique layouts that blend seamlessly into your surroundings.
This C-shaped farmhouse is a prime example of innovative design. Its unconventional form is not just for aesthetics; it creates a sheltered central courtyard and maximizes views of the surrounding nature from every room.
The floor plan for this farmhouse shows the innovative layout, with rooms flowing along a curve. The design includes sustainable features like solar panels, visible in the aerial shot, to reduce the home's environmental footprint.

About Innovative & Sustainable Architecture
When we designed this farmhouse in Nelamangala eighteen years ago, we chose a C-shaped floor plan instead of a traditional block. This layout creates a sheltered central courtyard and ensures that every room enjoys natural cross-ventilation and views of the surrounding greenery, showing how forward-thinking geometry can improve how a home functions decades later.
Sustainability for us is not a checklist, it is about how a building breathes and ages. We integrate passive cooling techniques, such as positioning windows for optimal airflow and designing double-height spaces, to reduce reliance on artificial climate control. Our process begins with detailed 3D architectural visualization and VR, allowing you to walk through your home before a single brick is laid. This helps us optimize structural elements for solar panels or rainwater harvesting without compromising the aesthetic. Whether you are planning a modern container home, a rustic cottage, or a farmhouse, we focus on material selection—using exposed brick, local stone, or modern composites—that respects the local typography. By staying involved from the initial concept and site analysis to final construction, we ensure your space remains efficient, beautiful, and deeply personal.
