Standard Modular Woodwork
Kitchen Construction
- Carcass Material: Boiling Water Resistant (BWR) Grade Plywood (IS:303) for wet areas and Moisture Resistant (MR) plywood for dry areas.
- Shutters: 1mm High Gloss or Suede finish Laminates pressed on waterproof ply.
- Hardware: Soft-closing hinges and telescopic channels from brands like Ebco, Hettich Basic, or Godrej. Includes SS 304 Grade wire baskets for cutlery, thali, and bottles.
- Design: L-shaped or Parallel layout with G-Profile aluminum handles for a handleless look.
Bedroom Storage
- Wardrobes: Floor-to-ceiling (up to 7ft height) units for Master and Guest bedrooms.
- Finish: Standard exterior laminate (Matte/Gloss) with white internal laminate for easy maintenance.
- Internals: Combination of shelves, hanger rods, and 2 drawers per wardrobe with locks.
Living & Utility
- TV Unit: Basic floating console design (up to 5ft width) with wire management provision.
- Shoe Rack: Standard cabinet with louvers or laminate finish.
Services
- Planning: 2D Layout planning and basic 3D visualization for the Kitchen.
- Execution: Transport, labor, and installation included.
Premium Turnkey Interiors
Advanced Woodwork
- Kitchen Upgrade: Premium Acrylic or Anti-scratch finish shutters on BWP (Boiling Water Proof) marine-grade plywood. Includes tall units and bi-fold lift-up systems.
- Wardrobes: Floor-to-ceiling designs (up to 9ft) with loft storage included. Features textured laminates, tinted glass shutters, or sliding systems with soft-close dampeners.
- Furniture: Queen/King size bed frames with hydraulic storage and custom upholstered or wooden-paneled headboards. Vanity units with stone tops for bathrooms.
Ceiling & Lighting
- False Ceiling: Designer Gypsum false ceiling (Saint Gobain/USG Boral) in Living, Dining, and all Bedrooms. Designs include Peripheral Coves or floating islands.
- Lighting: Supply and installation of LED COB lights, recessed spotlights, and profile LED strip lighting under kitchen cabinets and inside ceiling coves.
Wall Treatments & Decor
- Accent Walls: Premium wallpaper, WPC Louvers, or wooden paneling for TV backdrops and Bed backs.
- Painting: Premium Emulsion (Asian Paints Royale or similar) with wall punning/putty for a smooth finish.
Electrical & Services
- Electrical: Relocation of switchboards and points to align with the new design layout.
- Project Management: Dedicated site supervisor, 3D renders for all rooms, and material selection assistance.
