Turnkey Thematic Cafe Interiors
Design & Civil
Includes 2D layouts, 3D visualisations, material selection, gypsum false ceiling work, MDF wall panelling/moulding, and premium emulsion painting.
Flooring & Lighting
Choice of vitrified tiles or heavy-duty vinyl planks. Includes internal wiring, switchgear, and decorative fixtures like rattan pendants or sputnik chandeliers.
Furniture & Joinery
Custom banquette seating with velvet upholstery, laminate-finished service counters, composite-top cafe tables, and metal wireframe chairs.
Decor
Includes sourcing and installation of artificial greenery, ceiling vines, and decorative mirrors.
Standard Hotel Guest Room Package
Bed & Storage
Queen size bed frame (plywood with laminate finish) with storage and upholstered headboard. Includes bedside tables and a built-in 2-door wardrobe (blockboard structure with 1mm laminate).
Wall & Ceiling Treatment
Gypsum false ceiling with recesses for cove lighting. Basic wall preparation with washable emulsion paint and one accent wall featuring laminate panelling or wallpaper.
Electrical & Windows
Includes essential wiring, modular switchboards, LED ceiling panels, and blackout curtains with tracks.
Exclusions
Does not include mattresses, bed linens, bathroom sanitary fixtures, or AC units.

- Want that biophilic hospitality design feel? We use nature-inspired details, mix bright whites with bold ceilings, and add layered lighting.
- If industrial restaurant interiors are your thing, we go raw with brick, concrete, and industrial pipes, but balance it out with plush seating so it’s not too harsh.
- For hotels, functional hotel room layouts matter most. We pack in built-in furniture, neutral palettes, and rich wood so guests feel relaxed and everything just works.
